Jelly Dwarves

In Bard Idle, there is a feature called "Jelly Dwarves" which, once a dwarf is obtained, will allow you to passively collect jelly, which is measured in Kg. You can later use this jelly to directly upgrade stat points of individual party members. Stat points available for upgrade will depend on the type/colour of dwarf which you have obtained, such as red dwarves for strength points.

Dwarves are obtained by upgrading your Squad Health on the main battle page. Every 10 levels of squad health will award you with one jelly dwarf (you can select one of the two randomly awarded dwarf options).

You can then view your jelly production and dwarf collection from the Candy House, which is entered by clicking on the Candy House button on the main battle page, in the lower middle/left area. There will be a large plus sign with a glowing effect depicted on the Candy House button when an upgrade to a dwarf is available.

Upgrading dwarves is done by amassing a specific amount of jelly, then spending that jelly to increase the overall production rate of jelly. Note, you can also upgrade a dwarf by simply obtaining a second identical dwarf, and once the quantity is increased, the jelly production will increase alongside it.

Jelly is then used to upgrade the party member stats by visiting the My Squad window from the main battle page.

Here is a list of the jelly dwarves I have encountered so far:

Jelly Dwarf of Knowledge - allows Wisdom improvement

Jelly Dwarf of Amber - allows Constitution improvement

Jelly Dwarf of Strength - allows Strength improvement

Jelly Menthol Dwarf - allows Accuracy improvement

Welcome!

Hi there! This is a work-in-progress guide to the game titled Bard Idle, which is a free game on Steam. It became available to play on September 22nd, 2022. As such, there isn't a lot of information out there at this time, so I have started this blog to help players achieve their Bard Idle goals!

Let's start rhyming!
